I had to choose brackets for the screens and asked their staff for advice. They told me what brackets to select and told me I had everything I needed. The item then took 5 weeks to arrive from Melbourne to Adelaide. It did not come with the brackets I chose. They apologized for the confusion and told me they would send brackets in another 5 weeks. I then got an invoice one week later to pay for the brackets they originally told me were coming. I would have had no problem if this was made clear from the beginning instead of being told they were sending them to me. So I’ve got screens with no brackets that cost me hundreds of dollars. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Took 5 weeks to get here from Melbourne. Even though I talked to their staff and was assured I had everything I needed the screens arrived without brackets. Then they said they would send me the brackets and apologized for any confusion. So another 5 weeks they said. Just for brackets that were apparently in their local factory. Then a week later they sent me an invoice for the brackets they originally told me came with the screens and would not send me the items unless I’d paid. I would have had no issue paying for them if they had not told me they were coming with them in the first place. Beware!
