Current dispatch times for in stock items ranges from 1-10 working / business days after receipt of payment depending on the items and size of the order. Custom made orders are currently being dispatched in 20-25 working days (please note this over-ride any availability dates noted on custom made products on the website).

Q:2 Can My Item Be Delivered To a PO Box?

Ans: We are unable to deliver to a PO Box as all items are sent via our Australia-wide courier system. Please ensure that you provide a residential or business address during the check out stage of your online order.

Q:3 Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?

Ans: It is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as we use a secure courier service that requires a signature on delivery as proof that the items were successfully delivered. Ans: Yes, we have a click and collect from store option available on selected products in our range. If you would like to Click & Collect your order from store please choose the option available on website. To confirm stock, availability, location and pickup time prior to placing your order. If you don't require collection today you can place your order and we will be in touch as soon as it is ready to collect.

Ans: You can cancel the order via customer support or contact us form with 2 hours after creating the order. After 2 hours of your order time, system will not allow you to cancel the order.
