Q:1 How quickly will my order be processed?

Ans: We have an extremely fast and automated warehouse processing facility which streamlines the complete Easymart’s order and dispatch system this enables us to have orders processed and shipped in amazing time frames. Current dispatch times for in stock items ranges from 1-10 working / business days after receipt of payment depending on the items and size of the order. Custom made orders are currently being dispatched in 20-25 working days (please note this over-ride any availability dates noted on custom made products on the website).

Q:2 Can My Item Be Delivered To a PO Box?

Ans: We are unable to deliver to a PO Box as all items are sent via our Australia-wide courier system. Please ensure that you provide a residential or business address during the check out stage of your online order.

Q:3 Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?

Ans: It is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as we use a secure courier service that requires a signature on delivery as proof that the items were successfully delivered. The express delivery service with electronic tracking enables us to offer amazing free or hugely subsidized freight costs, this automated service will not allow for phone calls prior to delivery. For your convenience, we recommend having your order sent to your work address - if being at home during business hours is not an option.

Q:4 Can I Pay For My Order Upon Delivery?

Ans: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer payment upon delivery as our couriers are not equipped to receive payments. The full payment is required before your order will be processed.

Q:5 How Do I Track The Progress Of My Delivery?

Ans: By close of business on the day your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from our customer service subdivision with full tracking details and information so that you can monitor your order online and in real time.

Q:6 How Much Is Delivery?

Ans: Delivery prices can all be calculated online using our quick and easy freight calculator system. This calculator offers you amazing freight deals, incorporating our unique FREE delivery offer and heavy subsidized freight prices. All you need to do is put the products you require into the shopping cart and proceed to the first stage of the checkout system, enter your delivery location & your super freight deal with be calculated.

Q:7 Can I Have My Order Assembled?

Ans: Yes. you can! Easymart employs fully-qualified installers who have an excellent knowledge and understanding of all our products in each of the capital cities of Australia. If you would like your items assembled please let us know when you order and we will put you in contact with an installer in your area - this direct contact enables you to arrange a convenient time for your order to be assembled.

Q:8 Can I Click & Collect My Order From Store?

Ans: Yes, we have a click and collect from store option available on selected products in our range. If you would like to Click & Collect your order from store please choose the option available on website. To confirm stock, availability, location and pickup time prior to placing your order. If you don't require collection today you can place your order and we will be in touch as soon as it is ready to collect.

Q:9 How can I cancel my order?

Ans: You can cancel the order via customer support or contact us form with 2 hours after creating the order. After 2 hours of your order time, system will not allow you to cancel the order. Please contact to customer support or write an email to contant@easymart.com.au for order cancellation within 2 hours of your order creation time.
