How quickly will my order be processed?

We have an extremely fast and automated warehouse processing facility which streamlines the complete Easymart’s order and dispatch system this enables us to have orders processed and shipped in amazing time frames. Expected order processing time ranges from 5-30 working / business days after receipt of payment depending on the items and size of the order.

Can My Item Be Delivered To a PO Box?

We are unable to deliver to a PO Box as all items are sent via our Australia-wide courier system. Please ensure that you provide a residential or business address during the check out stage of your online order.

Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?

It is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as we use a secure courier service that requires a signature on delivery as proof that the items were successfully delivered. The express delivery service with electronic tracking enables us to offer amazing free or hugely subsidized freight costs, this automated service will not allow for phone calls prior to delivery. For your convenience, we recommend having your order sent to your work address - if being at home during business hours is not an option.

Can I Pay For My Order Upon Delivery?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer payment upon delivery as our couriers are not equipped to receive payments. The full payment is required before your order will be processed.

How Do I Track The Progress Of My Delivery?

Yes. you can! Easymart employs fully-qualified installers who have an excellent knowledge and understanding of all our products in each of the capital cities of Australia. If you would like your items assembled please let us know when you order and we will put you in contact with an installer in your area - this direct contact enables you to arrange a convenient time for your order to be assembled.

Can I Click & Collect My Order From Store?

Yes, we have a click and collect from store option available on selected products in our range. If you would like to Click & Collect your order from store please choose the option available on website. To confirm stock, availability, location and pickup time prior to placing your order. If you don't require collection today you can place your order and we will be in touch as soon as it is ready to collect.

Do you accept order returns?

Made from natural wood like Particle board, this TV Cabinet has a classic look that will suit any home. It not only looks like wood but also in no way inferior to it. It also has an even density throughout and is smooth on both sides. So, you are getting all wood-like facilities at a much cheaper price. Coordinate it with other pieces from the Mascot collection for a complete look. The entertainment unit comes with storage tiers for stowing your accessories along with your entertainment consoles. There are three drawers and a storage shelf. Slim yet spacious design accommodates both LCD and Plasma screens and most AV equipment, including set-top box, DVD/Blu-ray player, games consoles, DVDs, CDs, etc. You can also use the shelves as display corners to enhance the look of your living room. The item features an attractive oak finish and a black metal borderline. The handles of the drawers are also made of metal so that it creates harmony altogether. Two separate metal handles are provided for each drawer to let you pull out the drawers easily and smoothly. Handles are slim in size so that there remains a relatively less chance of collision. Mascot TV Cabinet is elevated with strong metal legs which make it firm and sturdy and keep it a little high from the ground which enables you to clean away the dirt and dust underneath it.
