The Morgan V2 Step Workout Platform is a popular and trusted piece of equipment for a wide variety of aerobic and fitness workouts in your home or studio. This is your platform on which you can perform a huge number of basic and complex routines from cardiovascular and plyometric to lower body muscle toning. You can easily mix up your workout thanks to the Step’s versatility. The Step is suitable for all ages and fitness levels and can be used to intensify your mat workout or if used with wrist or ankle weights can increase the calorie burn of your exercises. The height can be adjusted to one of three levels (15, 20 or 25cm) so as your fitness level increases your Step can be adjusted so it keeps challenging you. Its non-slip rubber surface allows you to focus on working out. The surface is also large enough for most exercises while compact enough to be easily stored out of the way when not in use.
